A major part of the perceived roadblock that stops spontaneous cooking is coming up with the ideas for family meals. For me, this is the best part. I do not like to make strict shopping list based on 21 meals and buy only those things. Instead, I love to have a well stocked pantry and fridge so that I can open the door and let my creative juices start running. At my place, we often say that the "throw-togethers" are the best dinners.
Here I'll keep a log of dinners that I've recently made, some with links to recipes, others simply ideas.
